These rocks are just a short hike up from the races. Janice and the Ducks seen them the weekend before, they form a circle. We can't wait until it is warm enough to swim out to them. Janice, Ruby and Ty ventured out in the water.
When you cleared the sand off the rocks, they were a pretty green color.

Janice rolling her pants up, hoping not to get them wet.

Todd and Cheryl had e-mailed about doing a ride, and of course we were all up for it. Everyone met down at goose. Mark and Ty had rode down, so they went back and got their ranger and decided to ride with us. What an adventure it was!!! Our jeep had broke down Friday nite, so we ended up riding with Dale, Janice and Sarah. We started out late Saturday (due to trying to get our jeep running). It is amazing how much fun you can pack into a few hours. Janice, Sarah and me road in the back of their polaris, and what great entertainment we had, cause Mark & Ty were behind us. I don't think I have every laughed so hard or feared for my life with Mark driving behind us. All I can say is Ty is a good woman for putting up with him, cause he kept her in the bushes the whole trip.

Todd and Cheryl coming through the cattle gap to the back woods. These two were a riot. My jaws were so sore Sunday from laughing. I know if no one else had fun, I had enough for all (but I'm sure everyone did, cause that's all we could talk about the next day).

Ty was trying to cover her face, cause the dust was pretty bad after we came out of the back woods. And as usual Mark was not looking where he was going.

Our long awaited Indian friends were back at Goose. We were invited to their pow wow. Paul is getting a history lesson from Grandpa. And of course Duck had to pertisapate in the drum ceremony.
Grandpa again, he is such a nice person, we always look forward to their arrival.

A view of the pow wow....

Another adventure walk. We decided to try and find a cave (that's big enough to drive a truck in) that someone had told Duck about and given him directions. Needless to say we had a beautiful walk along an old creek bed but we never found the cave. Old stump with a piece of log on it, we found it that way.
Ms. Zelda came along. Duck said that he was going in the cave, and everyone wanted to see that, in case something came out of the cave. hehe

Ms. Zelda and Gator walking the creek bed.

The hotel that we stay at has a huge pool with a big slide, so it gives the boys something to do, cause it is just too cold to do anything out side. Conner and Cole opted for the hot tub. They say the pool is heated, but it's not heated enough for us Floridians to swim, so we enjoyed sitting by the pool watching, while Dad swam with the boys.

Carly and Conner
We took a trip to Hugo, Minnisota to finally see our new granddaughter Carly, and of course our grandsons Conner and Cole and their proud parents Michael and Kelly. The weather was cold upon our arrival (I think 7 degrees or something like that) but it did warm up a little. There was still snow on the ground. Carly loves to be held (we called her a lap baby).
This is Cole he is such a sweet child. We would love for them to move a little closer, so that we could see them more often.

Our Sunday ride down the Magnolia Bog road, brought these two doe's out. They just stood and look at us for a few minutes and then ran off.

Just another pic of the moon with a bright star beside it.

Janice venturing out on a log, got my camera ready just incase she had a mistep. Dale leaning over the river bank to wash his hands off, and Sarah and Scratch Off holding on to him.
PayDay riding in the Jeep in her seat, she likes to see where we are going.

Awh!! Ain't she cute..
